2007 Wesson Flea Market

BARL's booth at the Wesson Flea market allowed us to earn $1,405 through sales and adoptions!

We adopted out Butter Cup, Bobby, Amy and a puppy, and we adopted out five kittens.

A big BARL thanks to everyone who made the event such a success!

Evelyn Lee, of Meadville, designed and sewed pet bandanas for BARL. The bandanas were sold at the Ole Brook Festival and the Wesson Flea Market. She also has made cat beds for BARL’s cat colony room. Thanks Evelyn for using your talents to help homeless animals! The animals appreciate you!

BARL used the Wesson Flea Market as a venue to spread the word about the Purina® Senior PetLover Adoption campaign which promotes the life-enriching benefits of pet ownership among senior citizens across the country. Throughout October, animal shelters nationwide rallied together to promote this Purina program.
